Social-Emotional Supports Provided by Teachers
Teachers of students taking the 2024 NAEP mathematics assessment were asked: During this school year, did you provide social-emotional supports that were intended to address gaps in learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic? Below are the full overall responses to this question for teachers whose students took the NAEP mathematics assessment, as well as the percentages of the combined “Yes for most students” and “Yes for all students” response categories across selected student groups and jurisdictions that participated in the NAEP state assessment and Trial Urban District Assessment (TUDA).
