Students’ Perception of Whether Students Feel Comfortable Talking with Teachers

Students taking the 2024 NAEP mathematics assessment were asked: How much does the following statement describe teachers at your school this year: Students feel comfortable talking with teachers? Below are the full overall responses to this question for students who took the NAEP mathematics assessment, as well as the percentages of the combined “Quite a bit like” and “Exactly like” response categories across selected student groups and jurisdictions that participated in the NAEP state assessment and Trial Urban District Assessment (TUDA).
