  • The percentages of White, Black, Hispanic, and Asian/Pacific Islander students performing at or above Basic were higher in 2007 than in 2002.
  • The percentages of White students performing at or above both Basic and Proficient were higher in 2007 than in 1998, and the percentage of Hispanic students performing at or above Basic was higher than 1998.
