English Language Learners

A higher percentage of fourth-grade English language learners performed at or above Basic in 2011 than in 1996, but the difference in comparison to 2009 was not statistically significant. The percentage of fourth-grade English language learners performing and at or above Proficient in 2011 was higher than in 1996 and 2009.
