Findings

  • Compared to large central city public schools nationally, 8 of 10 participating districts had higher or comparable percentages of students performing at or above Basic.
  • Compared to large central city schools nationally, 8 of 10 participating districts had higher or comparable percentages of students performing at or above Proficient.
