English Language Learners

The percentage of male eighth-graders performing at or above Proficient was higher in 2011 than in 1992 and 2009. The percentage of male students performing at or above Basic was higher in 2011 than in 1992, but not significantly different from 2009. For female eighth-graders, the percentages performing at or above Basic and at or above Proficient were higher in 2011 than in 1992, but not significantly different from the percentages in 2009.
