  • View student performance by various student groups, including gender, race/ethnicity, family income (based on eligibility for the National School Lunch Program), parental education, students with disabilities (SD), and English language learners (ELL).
  • Move the cursor over data points to see more detail.

  • When viewing average score figures as a bar chart, use the drop down menu to show data for each group. When viewing average score figures as a line chart, click on a group within the legend to show detailed information about its performance.

Compared to 2009, the average score for students with disabilities was higher in 2011 at the 25th percentile in Chicago, at the 50th percentile in the District of Columbia (DCPS), and was lower in 2011 at the 75th percentile in Austin.

Beginning in 2009, results for charter schools are excluded from the TUDA results if they are not included in the school district’s Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) report to the U.S. Department of Education.
