  • View student performance by various student groups, including gender, race/ethnicity, family income (based on eligibility for the National School Lunch Program), parental education, students with disabilities (SD), and English language learners (ELL).

Compared to 2009, the average score for students eligible for free lunch through the National School Lunch Program was higher in 2011 at the 10th percentile in Atlanta, at the 10th and 25th percentiles in Detroit, and at the 90th percentile in Jefferson County (KY). The score was lower in 2011 compared to 2009 at the 10th percentile in Boston.

Beginning in 2009, results for charter schools are excluded from the TUDA results if they are not included in the school district’s Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) report to the U.S. Department of Education.
