Compared to 2009, the average score was higher in 2011 at the 25th percentile for Hispanic students in Cleveland and was lower at the 50th percentile for Black and Hispanic students in the District of Columbia (DCPS).
Beginning in 2009, results for charter schools are excluded from the TUDA results if they are not included in the school district’s Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) report to the U.S. Department of Education.
