Compared to 2002, scores at all five selected percentiles increased in 2009 for Black students in 1 district that participated in both years and scores at all but the 10th percentile increased in 2009 for Hispanic students in 1 district. Compared to 2003, scores at all five selected percentiles increased in 2009 for Black students in 1 of the 10 districts that participated in both years, and for Hispanic students in 1 of the districts.
