Compared to 2002, scores at the 25th percentile increased in 2009 for English language learners in 1 of the 6 districts that participated in both years, and scores at the 50th percentile increased in 1 of the 6 districts. Compared to 2003, scores at the 25th percentile increased in 2009 for English language learners in 2 of the 10 districts that participated in both years, and scores at the 50th percentile increased in 1 of the 10 districts and decreased for 1 district.
