Compared to 2002, average reading scores for students eligible for the National School Lunch Program increased in 2009 for all 6 districts that participated in both years. Compared to 2003, reading scores for students eligible for the National School Lunch Program increased in 2009 for 7 of the 10 districts that participated in both years.
