In Science, Higher Grade Point Averages Are Associated With Higher NAEP Scores

On average, graduates who earned higher GPAs in science scored higher on the NAEP science assessment. Scores ranged from an average of 129 for graduates in the bottom 25 percent of mathematics GPAs to 172 for graduates in the top 25 percent.
