The percentages of Black, Hispanic, and Asian/Pacific Islander twelfth-graders performing at or above Basic and at or above Proficient in 2010 were not significantly different from the percentages in 1994 and 2001. The percentage of White students performing at or above Proficient in 2010 was lower than in 1994.
