Trend in NAEP mathematics average scores for 13-year-old students, by type of school
Findings
- Compared to 2004, there was no significant change in the score of public school students at age 13 in 2008.
- At age 13, the average mathematics score for students in private and Catholic schools increased compared to their average score in 1978.
