In Mathematics, Higher Grade Point Averages Are Associated With Higher NAEP Scores

Parental Education
High school graduates with at least one college-educated parent had higher average scores on the NAEP mathematics assessment than high school graduates with similar mathematics GPAs and parents with less education.
